What the client experience sounded like after delivery

After having a stagnant website for years and to see what you all have done with the new website is impressive. I think the theme and color palette fits very well together, well done team! It is exactly what I was looking for...professional, simple, and modern.

Project Context

Why this engagement mattered

Bay State Drones provides specialized aerial data and commercial drone services for construction, infrastructure, and real estate teams. The digital challenge was not simply to display dramatic imagery. The site needed to explain technical deliverables, connect them to real project decisions, and give different professional audiences a clear path to the right service.

Responsab first developed a React design prototype to refine the positioning, information architecture, visual system, service stories, and calls to action. We then translated that direction into Wix so the client could manage the site while retaining a more tailored experience than a standard template could provide.

To close that gap, Responsab created a library of custom Wix components for media-rich heroes, core services, testimonials, statistics, callouts, two-column stories, problem-and-impact cards, and reusable content sections. Several of those custom elements are deployed on the live homepage. The finished site also includes service-specific landing pages, a production contact form, and Calendly scheduling.

The result is a clearer commercial story and a flexible component system that presents sophisticated drone capabilities in language clients can understand, evaluate, and respond to.

A closer view of the platform and delivery context

Before And After

What changed through the engagement

Before

  • Technical drone services needed to be explained through client problems and useful deliverables
  • Construction, infrastructure, and real estate audiences required distinct paths
  • A strong visual prototype still needed to become an editor-managed production site
  • Standard Wix elements could not fully support the intended interactions and brand system

After

  • A live Wix site with clear service architecture and audience-specific landing pages
  • A reusable visual system carried from React prototyping into production
  • Custom Wix components for heroes, services, content, testimonials, callouts, and more
  • Direct lead paths through a production contact form, phone, email, and Calendly
Implementation Approach

How the work moved from strategy into execution

Step 1

Reframe services around the decisions and deliverables clients need from aerial data

Step 2

Prototype the information architecture, design system, page patterns, and lead paths in React

Step 3

Translate the approved experience into Wix for ongoing client content management

Step 4

Build and deploy custom Wix components where standard elements could not meet the design
