Project Context

Why this engagement mattered

Boston Blockchain Week draws hundreds of founders, investors, and technologists to Quincy, MA for three days of blockchain infrastructure, AI, and digital innovation, with speakers from Coinbase, Fidelity, and Harvard Blockchain. The existing website was slow and difficult to update without technical help, which meant the team was wrestling with their site instead of running their event.

Responsab rebuilt the site in clean, hand-coded HTML and CSS, eliminating bloated frameworks, and unnecessary dependencies. Thew new site is fast to load, easy to update, and delivered on a timeline driven by the event calendar.

  • Historical news, speaker biographies, and session details needed a reliable migration path
  • The team needed a frontend architecture that could evolve from one event cycle to the next

After

  • A React and Vite event platform with clear multi-page navigation
  • Structured speaker, session, sponsor, and media content ready for recurring updates
  • Dedicated experiences for programming, sponsors, keynote speakers, and community updates
  • YouTube and Instagram integrations supporting year-round engagement
