What the client experience sounded like after delivery

We’ve had a great experience working with Responsab on our web development projects. Ralph and Alaina took the time and care to really understand our needs and craft solutions that have met those needs perfectly. Projects have been completed on time and on budget, and the process has been easy - their whole team is a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with them in the future!

Project Context

Why this engagement mattered

Maloney Properties manages a large residential portfolio across New England. Renters need more than a static list: they need to search by location, bedrooms, and state, see communities on a map, and move quickly to the right property page.

Responsab provides ongoing WordPress maintenance and support for the Maloney Properties site, and built a proprietary communities discovery experience for apartments-for-rent. The pattern mirrors the map-and-list system delivered for Maloney Affordable: structured community records, synchronized cards and map markers, filters, and progressive fallbacks when an exact match is not available.

Editors keep working in WordPress. Visitors get a clearer path from search to community. The site stays maintainable while the portfolio and availability data continue to change.

Before And After

What changed through the engagement

Before

After

Before

  • A large rental portfolio was hard to explore through a generic list alone
  • Map discovery and community details needed to behave as one coordinated experience
  • Exact-match searches could dead-end without a useful next step
  • The live WordPress site still needed steady maintenance and support ownership

After

  • Searchable cards and maps synchronized around the same community records
  • Location, ZIP, neighborhood, state, and bedroom discovery paths
  • Progressive fallback logic that suggests nearby or broader matches
  • Ongoing WordPress maintenance alongside the custom listings experience
